Hours – 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 0900-1700

We have over 40 care homes with further acquisitions and openings already scheduled & we have a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join us at our Central Services based in Werrington, Peterborough. We create extraordinary care homes, so we’re looking for extraordinary people to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and provide graphic design support for delivery of planned marketing campaigns and company communications. You will act as a brand champion for brands within the Country Court group, ensuring all materials are produced in line with brand guidelines and support the appropriate brand values.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Design marketing materials for each of our Care Homes, responding to requests from the Marketing Team
Act as a design resource for Country Court Group businesses including, Linx Construction, Blank Table and Elevate
Design and create digital assets and websites
Proofread your own work and that of the team
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as required

About You
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with the following skills:

Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to make good, working relationships
Good written/descriptive skills
Able to plan and prioritise your workload so that you can meet deadlines.
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Full Driving Licence and access to your own transport
