Summary
Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work at a First School in the Bromsgrove area to support a child in a Year 1 class on a 1:1 basis.
The school is located just outside the town centre and has a good reputation in the local area, often over-subscribed with a 'Good' OFSTED rating.
The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis supporting children in a year 1 class who has an EHCP and a diagnosis of Autism. The school are looking for someone with a patient approach who is able to use low level stimulation to aid the child in accessing learning.
This teaching assistant role is due to start in ASAP on a full-time, long-term basis.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
Minimum Level 2 qualification or equivalent
Experience in a Primary School or Nursery setting
A nurturing approach to learning
Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism.
Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant you will receive:
Day rate up to £95 per day which equates to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
The option of PAYE or Umbrella
Holiday Pay- for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate

Free Safeguarding Level 1 and Prevent Training
Refer a Friend bonus scheme
£100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 days within the first 4 weeks
