- Lead a classroom of students and deliver the complete curriculum
- Provide high-quality and impactful learning opportunities
- Collaborate with learning support assistants and interdisciplinary teams
- Inspire and motivate students, parents, and colleagues
- Achieve excellent rates of progress and achievement for all students
- Foster strong partnerships with parents, professionals, and the community
- Contribute to the broader school community
- PGCE
- QTS
- Degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in teaching children with SEND, especially autism spectrum disorders
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Proficient behaviour management skills
- Understanding of SEND and SEMH
- Additional training or certifications in Special Education
- Working with small class sizes
- Collaborative and supportive teaching environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
