Here at Teaching Personnel, we have an exciting opportunity arising for multiple specialist teaching assistants. Our schools need Teaching Assistants that can work with pupils with additional learning needs. If you have previously supported children with ALN within a professional environment, worked with personal care or are ready to get involved, then we would love to hear from you!

Your Role will include:
- Working with pupils that have ALN.
- Working with small groups of pupils or on a 1:1 basis
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for pupils
- Using a variety of engaging approaches and activities to aid the development of pupils.
- Potential to deal with personal care.
- Having the ability to build positive and respectful relationships that are on a professional level.
- Understanding a variety of different needs and differentiating activities/strategies tailoring to individual needs.

Ideal Candidates will:
- Have a valid enhanced DBS check. (We can support you in obtaining this)
- Be registered with the EWC (we can support in obtaining this)
- Be enthusiastic towards working with pupils.
- Share our passion for enhancing the pupil experience in school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
