Summary

This is a role for a part / qualified or experienced property professional to support the management of Cadw’s historic property interests that are in State Care. It reports to Cadw’s Head of Historic Estate and sits within the Estates section of the Properties in Care branch.

This post will assist in the efficient and pro-active day to day management of the Cadw estate which is spread across 132 locations throughout Wales. The post holder will ensure that Cadw's property assets which are held by way of various agreements (freehold / leasehold / Guardianship) and the ancillary properties across the estate (Visitor Centres, car parks, grazing licences etc) that support the Historic fabric of the monuments in State care, are managed accordingly. The post is part of a team that leads on the delivery of a safe, accessible and attractive environment for staff and visitors.
