Summary
Early Years Practitioner
This opportunity to join our existing, established team is for a qualified and experienced individual who can demonstrate a true understanding how the EYFS can be used to support child development in session and how the role of the practitioner facilitates this.
- You must have a minimum of Level 3 in an Ofsted recognised childcare qualification.
- You will have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- To understand the importance of learning through play and how planning can support this.
- To have experience as a key person.
- Be able to bring your knowledge, passion and expertise to the role, and to share this with the team and the children.
Ardleigh Pre-School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, the right person for this role must have this same ethos.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm. (8 hours a day/40 hours a week)
Term-Time Only (38 weeks per year)
(Please Note: Hours could be subject to slight variation once we know our September intake requirements i.e. could be 8.15am start and 3.45pm finish)
We would consider this role as a job share.
Start date: 9th September 2024 – advantageous if available before the end of the current summer term.
