As a Data Administrator, your responsibilities will include…
• Ensuring data is up to date for all sites or an alternative source is in place
• Respond to any active alarms and investigate to resolution throughout the day
• Follow up on overdue or incorrect delivery volumes within agreed SLAs
• Complete daily report runs for extreme variances to identify loss issues
• Assist onsite installers to configure data collection equipment and undertake tech support
• Complete analysis weekly & monthly to investigate any fails and resolve issues
We’re looking for a Data Administrator with the following skills and experience…
• Analytical mindset with a strong sense of attention to detail and a passion for numbers
• Great communication skills and ability to clearly explain matters to customers & co-workers
• IT literate and willingness to learn LINUX commands and diagnostic skills
• Strong team player and a problem solver who enjoys working on maths based problems
• Openness to seek advice and support when needed, and a belting sense of humour
• Forecourt experience would be an advantage but is not essential
In return, the successful Data Administrator will receive a salary of £20,000 to £25,000, plus the following benefits…
