Summary

Full Time – Permanent

We are looking to recruit a Handy Person to join our team here in Westminster Voids based from our office in Goldney Road W9.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you’ll undertake a range of basic repairs and installations of window, doors, ironmongery, benches, planters, decking, fencing etc to our customers across the Westminster area.

About You

Candidates will be organised and able to provide accurate records of jobs completed with previous experience acting as a handyperson, carrying out general plumbing and carpentry tasks, delivering repairs and operating small handheld plant, such a drills and breakers.

Ideally you will hold a trade related qualification, City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent with a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card and you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
