Summary

Manage caseload and maintain necessary case files and records including monitoring information as required under Home Office Regulations and SABP/Care UK To carry out research and produce statistics for evaluation and monitoring of the ISVA role. Follow procedures and protocols with other services so the safety of the children and young people is kept central to any process. Note and feed back to other agencies any consistent difficulties children and young people are having accessing their service. To keep up to date information about appropriate and useful services to support children and young people who have a range of complex support needs. Undertake risk assessment and support needs analysis with children and young people, then develop a plan for the children and young people Develop and maintain effective communication systems with key partners, e.g. Police, CPS, Court Service, Education, Primary Care trust (mental and sexual health), Victim Support, Witness Service, Voluntary Sector organisations To undertake regular Clinical Supervision To Attend SARC as requested To undertake personal and professional development opportunities that are relevant to this role.
