- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line, including but not limited to, conveyors, mixers, and packaging machines.
- Weighing up and placement of the ingredients keeping up with the line speeds
- Perform regular quality checks on products to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area and equipment according to company protocols and food safety regulations.
- Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate any equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods (PPE Provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict procedures and guidelines.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret documents such as menu cards and guidelines, safety rules, operating procedures, and production schedules.
