Summary
Description: We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) with exceptional visual design skills to join our team and provide vital support for a visually impaired individual with their work.
About the Role:
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are visually clear and engaging by including flowchart diagrams and professional designs.
• Bridge the visual gap by describing layouts, charts and other visual elements making them clear and understandable for the visually impaired individual.
• Collaborate closely to ensure all presentations align with his preferences and effectively communicate his message.
• Boost productivity through excellent communication and foster mutual understanding to maximise the individual's workflow and efficiency.
What we are looking for from you:
• PowerPoint proficiency and a keen eye for visual design principles.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills which allow you to clearly and effectively describe visual elements.
• Empathy and patience, understanding the needs of a visually impaired individual.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus points for previous experience as a Personal Assistant and experience with graphic design products such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
