Summary

Self-Employed Office Cleaner

please note: This is a self-employed position, you will be required to provide a UTR number and public liability insurance certificate.

Shift Pattern: 3 hours every two weeks - with potential for overtime

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces, including but not limited to:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying rubbish bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Follow cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications:

- Standard DBS certificate is essential for this role
- COSHH training certification - training can be provided if required
- Previous experience in cleaning work is desirable
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize cleaning tasks effectively
