Summary

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Contract Support specialist to join our Facilities Management client's team on a permanent basis. The Contract Support will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, managing client relationships, and coordinating various aspects of FM services.

This is a part time role, the successful candidate must be open to working between 16-20 hours per week, based at their site in Ashington, Northumberland.

Package:

- Competitive hourly rate between £13.50 - £15.50 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
- Assist in the creation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
- Coordinate contract documentation, including amendments, renewals, and terminations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to contract terms
- Monitor contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Prepare and analyse reports on contract performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and correspondence

Requirements:

- Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within the facilities management industry
- Strong understanding of contract principles, legal terminology, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software
