We are in search of a Parts Operations Assistant to join our Client’s Commercial Dealer in the Heathrow area.
This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for anyone with a Warehouse or Logistics background, looking to get into a Main Dealer role within a parts department. Full training will be provided for you, with full support from management.
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Operations Assistant:
- Up To £26,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
- Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
- Commercial Main Dealership - Fantastic Perks + Benefits!
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Fantastic Opportunity For Anyone With Warehouse / Logistics Background, Looking To Get Into Parts Role Within Dealer Environment
- Warehouse / Logistics Background Required
Duties of a Parts Operations Assistant:
- To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
- To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and dealership CXI rating
- Help, support, and advise drivers on delivery routes
- To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
- To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times
What our Client expects of their Parts Operations Assistant:
- Previous Warehouse & Logistics background
- Good telephone manner
- Organisational and administration skills
- Computer skills - Excel, word, etc.
- Full and Clean Driving License
