This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills whilst continuing to actively participate in the NHSCSP and the delivery of the diagnostic cytology service.

• To primary screen and rapid review sufficient number of cervical smears per annum to achieve minimum target set by National Health Service Cervical Screening Programme (NHSCSP)
• To management code and authorise HRHPV negative resulted samples.

To support a specified team, under the direction of a team leader, with the day to day running of that area; to include maintaining and developing a safe and effective service for our users.
