Summary

Role: Fabric Engineer

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

Working Hours: 40 hours (Monday - Friday)

Are you a Fabric Engineer with experience within the commercial industry? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a global Facilities Management organisation that offers training and development opportunities.

If so, then look no further as Randstad are working with a well-renowned facilities management company that is looking for a qualified Fabric Engineer to join their growing teams. This is a full-time, permanent position covering sites in West Yorkshire.

Main duties will include:

  • Planned preventative maintenance and statutory maintenance works.
  • Reactive fault finding and attendance to breakdown repairs whilst working to stringent SLA and KPI agreements.
  • Carry out installation and minor new works in accordance with appropriate policy, specifications and HSE regulations.
  • Participation in an on call rota is required (1 in 5).
  • Service and repair of doors, windows and other general building fabric.
  • Service and repair of plumbing systems.
  • Small plaster repairs and painting.
  • Completing all work-related paperwork to a high standard.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • City & Guilds or similar in Joinery/Carpentry
  • Full driving licence is required
  • Experience within the Facilities Management industry
