Position Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance operations at our client sites in Central London. We are seeking a candidate with a strong electrical background and prior management experience to lead our skilled maintenance teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of delivering top-notch service while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead on-site maintenance teams, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address specific requirements and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Budget management, cost control, and reporting.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong electrical background, with relevant qualifications or certifications.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within facilities maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience within the facility maintenance industry
- Electrical qualifications (C&G, NVQ etc)
- The ideal candidate will have experience on a single man site
- Ability to be on call weekly
