If so, we invite you to join our team as a Site Manager for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in the heart of Central London.

Position Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance operations at our client sites in Central London. We are seeking a candidate with a strong electrical background and prior management experience to lead our skilled maintenance teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of delivering top-notch service while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead on-site maintenance teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address specific requirements and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Budget management, cost control, and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong electrical background, with relevant qualifications or certifications.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience within the facility maintenance industry
  • Electrical qualifications (C&G, NVQ etc)
  • The ideal candidate will have experience on a single man site
  • Ability to be on call weekly
