    Responsibilities: As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with property vendors
    • Drive new and repeat business through proactive efforts
    • Secure property instructions for marketing purposes
    • Utilise diverse marketing skills to attract potential buyers
    • Manage property contracts and explore up selling opportunities
    • Prepare property brochures with compelling visuals and descriptions
    • Engage in local canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
    • Ensure properties meet health and safety standards

    Essential Skills: To excel in this role, you must have:

    • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
    • Previous experience as an Estate Agent, ready to advance your career
    • Ability to foster a positive team environment and deliver outstanding customer service
    • Strong initiative and the capacity to work independently
    • Excellent telephone etiquette
    • Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Packages
    • Attention to detail

    Requirements: To proceed with the recruitment process, candidates must:
