Summary

Your new role - This role is a very varied position. Your main duties will include;
- Managing a ledger
- Chasing outstanding/upcoming payments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Allocating cash
- Chasing via portals, emails and phone calls
- Resolving queries
- Managing the start to end credit control process
What you'll need to succeed - If this role seems of interest the below experience would be needed;
- Credit control experience
- Great Customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong excel skills (V-look ups & pivot tables)
- Knowledge of SAP (no essential)
- Organisation skills
- Attention to detail
