Summary
As part of our Resource Base team your role will involve supporting students with a variety of special educational needs, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
You will need an enthusiasm for education and be committed to supporting and working with young people. The role of Teaching Assistant will commence at the start of the 2024-25 academic year and is offered as a fixed term contract until 31.08.25 (pending a staffing review, summer 2025). Hours: 9.00am – 3.00pm Mon-Fri (including one hour unpaid break). A full induction will be provided. Salary: Hay10 (SP8) £14,356 per annum (rising to £15,098) for 25 hours per week, term-time only plus 5 INSET days (39 weeks per year).
