We are currently seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our team and help us create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans and strategies for SEND students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
• Assist with the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
• Support students with daily tasks and activities, including personal care and behavior management, as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEND, either in a school setting or through relevant voluntary work or personal experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Empathy, patience, and resilience to support students with diverse needs and overcome challenges in a compassionate and positive manner.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to provide the best possible support and care for SEND students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and respond to unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.
