We support four young gentleman with autism who are very active and love going out for a meal or a walk, spending time with their family & friends, and attending sporting activities. They also enjoy watching rugby - on TV or at a live match - and playing computer games.

As a valued Support Worker, you'll be helping them to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. We are looking for ambitious individuals of a caring nature to work for an award winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends, shift patterns will be discussed at interview. It would also be a great bonus if you have had any previous experience working with behaviours of distress.

It is essential you hold a full UK driving license for this role - this is because the people we support have a manual Mobility Vehicle that their support workers need to drive for them - to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK license.
