We are currently looking for Relief Support Workers who are active, ambitious, and kind, to join our committed support team in West Bromwich where you will be supporting three gentlemen with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their own homes. The gentlemen would like support with their personal care, preparing meals, going out for their favourite activities, doing the shopping, attending medical appointments and household activities such as cleaning and washing.
