Summary

Acorn by Synergie is searching for Production Operatives to join their client, a food manufacturing company based in Deeside Industrial Estate, near Chester.

This is temporary to permanent position and the purpose of the role is to ensure the safe, high quality preparation and packing of snacks ready for distribution.


The main duties of your role include:

* Operating both automated and part automated production lines.
* Efficient and accurate packing and labelling of products.
* Maintaining work areas to safe, clean and organised standards.
* Continuously checking the quality of product/packaging, immediately highlighting any quality concerns to the line-manager
* Keeping the machines supplied with packaging materials and labels.


We have both occasional / ad-hoc shifts and fixed shift patterns available. The fixed shift patterns are:

* Rotating shifts- 4 days followed by 4 nights rotating
* Permanent Nights -Monday-Thursday
* Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, weekly. 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00 (no weekends).


Rate of pay:

* Day rate £11.87 per hour
* Night rate £13.42 per hour
