Summary
One of East Yorkshire's most successful law firms are seeking applications from corporate solicitors based in the region.
Ideally you will be upwards of 7 years pqe and be capable of running transactions alone. You will work on a full range of corporate work covering M&A, joint ventures, disposals and exits and some banking.
You will also have some business development and marketing responsibilities. Competitive package and swift promotion prospects. Can be for an existing Partner or those looking for partnership.
