Summary

Main criteria:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant.
- Up to £35,000 a year plus weekly & monthly tips – Package to £40,000
- Full time.

Role:
• As the Restaurant Manager , You will work directly alongside the Head Chef and Management team and lead a team of F&B Assistants.
• You will help lead the team and ensure high standards are met and great service is provided daily to the company specifications.
• You will assist in achieving site GP targets by motivating the team and delivering training and development where required.
The ideal candidate:
• You will be a passionate Restaurant Manager who has experience delivering high standards.
• A real passion to provide impeccable service, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide an amazing customer experience.
• A motivator, who is happy to lead and train junior members of the team.
• A great communicator, excellent at developing relationships with different personalities within the kitchen and restaurant.
• The ability to work with senior management and the front/back of house team to ensure that the restaurant maintains it high standards of service and food is prepared and presented to a consistent, high standard.
