Summary
Prepare and distribute routine reports used operationally throughout the Trust. Assist with the processing and production of data submissions to meet external reporting requirements. Log ad-hoc requests made into the Department. Ensure procedural documentation is kept up to date; update and review as required. To be aware of and inform senior information colleagues of any issues and problems with respect to data quality and completeness. To keep patient information confidential at all times, abiding by the Trust's Confidentiality and Data Protection Policies. Communicate in a professional manor by spoken word, telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face particularly involving specialist information. Plan and organise own workload. Planning tasks and activities which may require adjustment due to variable workloads / interruptions.
