As the Front of House Supervisor at the Civic Hall, you will play an important part in the smooth operation of the facility and ensure the highest quality of customer care is extended to each and every guest that attends the facility. You will assist in ensuring compliance with licensing laws, as well as health and safety regulations.
You’ll be involved in ensuring that all areas of the building, including equipment, are available for customer use, as dictated by bookings and the events programmes.
