Enjoy this exciting opportunity to be a permanent fulltime member of our expert Knitwear Production Team, helping to expand our knitwear range. Assist with all aspects of producing our knitwear collections, using your technical ability and appreciation of textile design to produce outstanding knitwear.

Collaborate closely with the Design and Product Development Teams and learn to translate concepts into technical specifications for knitwear designs and produce knitwear production samples. Assist in the fitting of knitwear samples, providing feedback and recommendations for adjustments as needed.

An aptitude for IT and programming, a qualification related to Textiles/Knitwear or IT, would be an advantage, as well as an eye for colour and practical ability. Experience in knitwear development and construction, preferably within ladies fashion for the mature market would be advantageous, but enthusiasm, a willing attitude and attention to detail are more important. Use your excellent communication and knitwear engineering skills, to be a valuable addition to the team. This is a rare opportunity to build a career within an international fashion business.

David Nieper Ltd is a well established family business that has been successfully designing and manufacturing luxury ladies’ fashion for over 60 years – all Made in Britain. This includes design, sewing & knitwear production, fabric & catalogue printing, warehouse, marketing, customer services, IT, HR and accounts. Therefore, there are many varied career development opportunities. We offer comprehensive training, excellent working conditions and generous pay.
