We are looking for Registered General Nurse to join our team at our beautiful new home for our night shifts.

The role of the Registered General Nurse is to provide strong clinical knowledge and leadership to ensure the highest level of care is provided to all residents at all times, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements, compliance with the NMC code of conduct and aligned to Hallmark’s policies and procedures, values and Charter. To ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home, including relationship centered care and dementia care. To contribute to the achievement of the Hallmark Care Home vision; ‘to be recognised as the leading provider of high-quality relationship focused care for all residents’.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding clinical care is provided to our residents. Through your strong clinical knowledge and established people management and leadership skills, you will ensure the highest standards are achieved in relationship centered care, clinical care and dementia care throughout the home.

You will work with the care teams to ensure continuous assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care. Your skills will be key to supporting residents with all their needs, therapeutic interventions and meaningful occupations.
