We are seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer with a passion for working with those who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The role is to engage with rough sleepers, those moving on to new accommodation, and those who are vulnerably housed or at risk of eviction and to facilitate solutions to their presenting issues. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will provide advice and guidance to clients, helping them access housing opportunities and other necessary support.
The post holder will also coordinate a befriending and mentoring service, a new project leading the delivery of support to clients moving on with volunteers and befrienders. This involves mentoring and supporting volunteers to coordinate and deliver services within our established Homeless Support Service (HSS).
