Summary


Customer Relations Manager

Full time- 37.5 hours per week

£45,318-£50,115 per annum (plus bonus) based on skills and experience.

Permanent

Hybrid working – Head Office (Stockport) and home working, with travel across the North West and Yorkshire

· We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Managertojoin our friendly and professional team. The role is hybrid and is based from Stockport with travel across our services in the Northwest and Yorkshire.

About you

· Have successful prior experience of a business development / relationship management role .

· Previous experience of working with a CRM system.

· Ability to effectively develop, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Solid understanding of business development systems and processes.

· Ideally have experience in a health and/or social care environment but this is not essential.

Have access to a vehicle for work purposes with the ability to travel to the sites within the Care in Mind portfolio

Care in Mind provide residential services for young people aged 16-30 years old. The young people we care for often require a high level of support to assist with difficulties they may have from self-harming, behaviour, and emotional difficulties. Our aim is to support the young people using a therapeutic approach to help them achieve their individual goals, in preparation for transition to adult life.

About the role

This is a new role where you will support the Head of Strategy and Pathways in developing opportunities for business growth. It is a role where you will have the opportunity to develop your career and create a real impact in growing company. The key elements of your role will include;

· Have a lead role in the generation of referrals into the service.

· To develop new relationships and build on / leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders within Local Authorities, ICBs, NHS Trusts and Provider Collaborative pathways.

· Work with the Head of Strategy and Pathways and Clinical Pathways Manager in implementation and delivery of the departmental and organisational growth strategy, including identification of potential new opportunities.

· Support market and competitor mapping to understand and monitor the landscape to ensure Care in Mind maintains an advantage and to identify market gaps.

· Supporting the clinical and residential MDTs in management of placement commissioning issues and business defence.

· Support development and implementation of departmental activity reports by ensuring that all information on the CRM system is accurate and complete.
