The Account Manager will be:
• Responsible for the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts across multiple portfolios
• Direct line management to a team of mobile and static engineers
• Responsible for all finances across the accounts, including P&L accountability
• Developing client relations, and looking for opportunities to expand the account
• Conducting site visits and audits
• Point of contact for all H&S across the accounts
• Managing small projects, up to £30k in house
The Account Manager will have:
• A technical background, whether that be mechanical or electrical
• Proven record of account/contract management
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualified is preferred
