Overall Purpose
To patrol the shopping centre and dealing with any security / customer service / health and safety issues as when they occur. Assisting customers with any queries and dealing with any car park related issues as and when they occur.
Candidate profile:
-Front line SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential)
-SIA CCTV Licence (desirable)
-First Aid Certificate (desirable)
-Flexible with working times
-Excellent time keeping
-Experience of working in a team as well as working on your own
-Proactive and professional approach to security
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
What is expected of a security officer during shift is as follows:
-Locking/Un-locking of site
-Dealing with car park issues
-Dealing with emergency situations as and when they occur in a professional manner
-Assisting customers whilst in the premises
-Patrolling shop floor looking for any hazards
-Fire marshalling
-Dealing with First Aid incidents
