Summary

A permanent position for a Boston based company. Working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (finishing at 3.30pm on a Friday).

This role will be perfect for someone from an electrical background and is familiar with technical terminology, components, processes etc. who is wanting a sidestep into an office or customer service environment. Would also suit anyone with an admin based customer service background who is prepared to undergo product training.

The main duties are; taking calls from customers, electricians, companies who are experiencing issues. There is a high volume of customer contact via the phone in this role. Candidates will need to have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being able to work to tight deadlines.
