Summary
Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £33,300 per annum
We are looking for a qualified Senior Residential Support Worker for a new children’s home in Peterborough. You would be responsible for ensuring the children and young people who live in the home receive the highest standard of support appropriate to their individual needs.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic and compassionate and hold a NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

Senior Residential Support Worker Requirements
• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent
• Experience in a children's home setting (essential)
• Supervisory experience (essential)
• Passion to help nurture young people.
• Be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins
• Full, UK driving licence (essential)
• All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations.
