Our client needs a talented individual to fill their Customer Sales Support & Logistics role. Join their team and play a vital part in supporting their customers and managing logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer support throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Manage orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise logistics processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation.
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or logistics roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
The role will involve some occasional international travel roughly 4-5 weeks away a year for events and training.
