Summary
F&B General Manager - Balfour Winery
Balfour Winery, located in Staplehurst is the UK’s leading wine tourism & hospitality venue with over 20,000 guests a year visiting the beautiful 400-acre estate.
An exciting role has become available and we are looking for a hands on, guest focused and experienced General Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience at hotel F&B manager level and a proven track record of progression and leadership.
Managing and overseeing our new Winemakers’ Kitchen restaurant and our Cellar Door & Terrace. You will be responsible for team training, working with the senior team to progress the restaurant, assisting with the organisation and running of our events.
