Summary
We are looking for talented and passionate Multimedia Designers to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of multimedia projects, from initial concept and design through development, launch, and ongoing maintenance. You’ll have a strong understanding of various multimedia tools and technologies, both front-end and back-end, and a keen eye for user experience and visual design.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Create and design multimedia content: Develop graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant applications.
* Design and develop responsive web content: Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular to create dynamic and responsive web pages.
* Integrate multimedia elements: Seamlessly incorporate audio, video, and graphic elements into websites and web applications.
* Implement back-end functionalities: Use server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP, Node.js) to support multimedia content and interactivity.
* Optimize for performance and SEO: Ensure multimedia content is optimized for fast loading times and search engine visibility.
* Conduct testing and quality assurance: Perform thorough testing to ensure a smooth and bug-free user experience across different devices and platforms.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during development and post-launch.
* Stay updated with trends: Keep abreast of the latest multimedia design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
* Document processes: Maintain detailed documentation of design and development processes for future reference and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
* Web Design and Web Development - CPD Certified(prefered).
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in web design and development.
* Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks).
* Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Working Hours:
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
* Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on the team and project needs.
