Our client, a well-established construction company, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Residential Site Manager to join their team. As a Residential Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of residential construction projects, particularly those involving Timber Frame builds. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Leading and motivating a skilled team of contractors, subcontractors, and tradespeople to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Managing health and safety compliance, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and site records.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of any concerns or issues.
Desirable Experience of a Site Manager:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong background in residential construction, specifically Timber Frame builds.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest quality standards.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable but not essential.
Qualifications & Skills of a Site Manager:
• CSCS
• First Aid
