Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Prostate Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our existing Urology team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a newly developed post and the post holder will help us to deliver the national cancer targets, by providing diagnostic clinics to our patients.

The post-holder will support with delivery of the 28 day cancer diagnostic, by providing Local Transperineal Biopsy and specialist support and diagnostic clinics to patients undergoing cancer investigations.

The post-holder will work as an independent practitioner alongside members of the multidisciplinary team, providing specialist advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on prostate cancer, across both secondary and primary care.
