Summary
Nuffield Health, the UK's largest not for profit healthcare provider, is seeking a Front of House Team Member in our Fitness & Wellbeing Gym to make first impressions count.
As a Member of the Front of House Team / Receptionist, you'll support the smooth running of our reception and cafe areas by;
- Helping us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
- Providing exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits the Club.
- Giving a warm welcome and answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.
- Supporting the cafe team, in preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks.
To join us, you'll need;
- Great communication skills.
- Whether face to face or on the phone, you have the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.
- Self-motivation, with plenty of initiative, you'll have experience of delivering great service.
- Basic computer skills including the user of Word and Excel.
