Contract, Full-Time (8:30- 4, Monday- Friday)
PGCE/QTS
Teaching, Behaviour Management
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Science to secondary school students
- Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Assess and evaluate student progress to provide feedback and support their development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programmes and initiatives
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Solid understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage dynamics and student behaviour
- Qualification in any Science/ Sports Science, or related subject would be useful
- Experience working with students from troubled or disadvantaged backgrounds, who are generally at risk.
- Free hot lunch every day
- Plenty of on-site parking

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
