Summary
Are you an experienced Lead Nurse? Do you have an active NMC pin? Are you looking for a new, exciting full-time role?
If yes, KPI Care have a wonderful opportunity for a Lead Nurse to join one of our reputable clients on a permanent basis based in Prenton 48 hours per week.
It is a requirement that all candidates have a valid NMC pin and are eligible to work in the UK.
What KPI Care are looking for:
As a Lead Nurse, you will be a talented, enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping others and proven leadership experience. You will be assisting the Home Manager to develop your team to provide the highest standards of care for all residents within the home.
Your responsibilities as a Lead Nurse will include:
• You will be working closely with residents, families, and team members to ensure a safe and welcoming environment that support’s the residents physical, emotional and social needs.
• You will be delivering high quality and tailored care plans for the individual need of each resident to encourage choice, independence, and dignity.
• In the absence of the Home Manager, you will be managing the running of the home and supervise your dedicated team.
• You will be responsible for the safe handling, administration and recording of all medication and treatments that are in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
• You will be overseeing compliance in line with CQC regulations, policies and company processes.
