Summary
An experienced Mechanical Design Engineer is required for our small company in Bromsgrove. We are looking for a friendly and dynamic individual to join us as the primary Engineer in our team. A relevant degree or experience in the design of pressure vessels is essential. A working knowledge of PED and ASME VIII Div 1 is desirable. A background in heat exchangers or pressure vessels is necessary as the role includes the design, enhancement and improvement of shell and tube heat exchangers. Skills in AutoCad and Inventor are crucial as is an understanding of Finglow or PVElite. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to liaise with colleagues, inspectors and interested parties. Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
