We have a live opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join a progressive and well-established client in the Newcastle under Lyme area.

Salary: £23000 + attractive bonus scheme
Hours: 37.5 hour working week, Monday – Friday (8/4, 9/5)
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Contract Type: Permanent
Duties include:
• Calling customers who have made enquiries via the website, discussing their requirements and supporting them in finding the right product for them (no cold calling).
• Looking at leads that come through via the website and following.
• Keeping the CRM system fully up to date.
• Converting enquiries into appointments/ bookings.
• Offering a high level of service to call customers contacted.
Candidate requirements:
• Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
