Summary
**37 Hours a week***
We have an opportunity that has become available for an experienced Admin Assistant / Business Support Officer to join our Finance Team.
The post holder will be required to:
•To work with the Business Coordinator - Finance to provide support the Service Management Team and Budget Holders on financial matters including budgets, technical issues and management reporting.
•As part of a team, provide a range of financial services including the procurement and payment of services and goods purchased external to the local authority.
•To be responsible for financial services within the Social Services business units.
•To provide support and guidance to junior team members.
The tasks of this role may be undertaken supporting any service delivery area and may change
Skills and qualifications required:
• Good standards of education (5 GCSE or equivalent) plus technology &
software skills
• Strong organisation, planning, analytical & problem solving skills
• Team Leading experience
• Team work & interpersonal skills
