Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is willing to sell all aspects of the company to ensure increase in permanent and temporary positions through gaining leads and acting on them. To maintain quality service in order that clients base is increased as per strategic plan. Come and work for our brilliant team at Pamela Neave!

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- To ensure that vacancies and bookings are available to Consultants who are to generate and maintain volumes of business to merit the salary they receive (i.e. they are all fee earners).

- Issue sales literature and terms and conditions to prospective clients.
Generate own leads.

- To provide highest quality service to internal and external customers.

- Attend client visits as required by companies in order to increase sales.

- To oversee day to day running of the sections and deal with any matters arising.

MAIN DUTIES

- Collate information of possible areas of development through research from internal and external sources such as local information and applicant locations
Make business development calls by telephone and / or in person

- Make maintenance calls to client companies on a regular basis to ensure continued business development

- Ensure records or activity maintained in database
Produce correspondence to a high standard

- Progress and service clients to the highest level to ensure business development through service reputation

PERSON SPECIFICATION

- Previous sales experience would be an advantage

- Ability to see sales opportunity and to cross sell

- Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment
Goal orientated
