Requirements:
- PPT Driver: Experience as a PPT driver on a stand-on (ride-on) truck in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse Picker: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
As a PPT driver, you will:
- Loading and unloading pallets from trailers or storage areas using a powered pallet truck.
- Operating the PPT safely and efficiently, following health and safety guidelines.
- Storing received goods in designated locations within a warehouse or storage facility.
- Working in a fast-paced and busy environment, often in chilled or temperature-controlled settings.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintaining the PPT in good working condition and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
As a Warehouse Picker, you will:
- Receiving and inspecting deliveries of goods and supplies.
- Checking for damaged or missing items in received shipments.
- Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards].
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques.
- Moving and storing products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Managing inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing shelves.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
