Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Paramedic to join the Primary and Urgent Care Alliance to support a Home Visiting Service in the Hastings an St Leonards area. You will work as an autonomous practitioner in patient homes working in collaboration with nine GP practices. You will assess patients and commence treatment an or refer them onward as appropriate. This service will help to reduce unplanned hospital admissions and actively monitor high-risk patients and initiate early interventions.
